[영어] 천주교 성당 영어 미사 기도문 완전 정리 (영어 기도문 PDF 버전 다운로드)

해외에서 영어로 미사에 참여하다 보면 성당마다 기도문을 화면에 띄워주지 않는 경우가 종종 있습니다. 익숙하지 않은 영어 미사 속에서도 함께 기도하고 싶지만 말문이 막힐 때가 있죠.
그래서 오늘은 영어 미사에서 신자들이 소리 내어 함께 바치는 기도문 전체를 정리해 보았습니다. 한글 해석과 간단한 설명도 함께 넣었으니 미사에 참여할 때 유용하게 참고해 주세요.

 

✝️ 1. 성호경 (Sign of the Cross)

Priest: In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
People: Amen.

한국어: 성부와 성자와 성령의 이름으로.
신자: 아멘.
미사의 시작을 알리는 가장 기본적인 기도입니다. 성호를 긋습니다.

 

🙏 2. 참회기도 (Penitential Act)

가장 일반적인 형태:

People:
I confess to almighty God,
and to you, my brothers and sisters,
that I have greatly sinned,
in my thoughts and in my words,
in what I have done and in what I have failed to do,
through my fault, through my fault,
through my most grievous fault;
therefore I ask blessed Mary ever-Virgin,

한국어 설명:
하느님과 이웃에게 지은 죄를 고백하는 기도입니다. “제 탓이오” 부분에서 가슴을 세 번 칩니다.

(주일 및 축일에 낭송)

Glory to God in the highest,
and on earth peace to people of good will.
We praise you, we bless you,
we adore you, we glorify you,
we give you thanks for your great glory…

한국어 설명:
주님께 드리는 찬양의 노래입니다. 예수님의 신성을 찬미하며, 천사들이 하늘에서 노래하던 그 영광을 기억합니다.

 

📖 4. 화답송 (Responsorial Psalm)

Cantor: The Lord is my shepherd; there is nothing I shall want.
People: The Lord is my shepherd; there is nothing I shall want.

한국어 설명:
제1독서 후에 시편으로 하느님 말씀에 응답하는 부분입니다. 성가대나 해설자의 선창 후 반복합니다.

 

🎶 5. 복음 환호송 (Gospel Acclamation)

People: Alleluia.
(사순 시기에는: Praise to you, Lord Jesus Christ, King of endless glory.)

복음 낭독 전에 예수님께 찬미를 드리는 부분입니다.

 

📕 6. 복음 낭독 응답 (After the Gospel)

Priest: The Gospel of the Lord.
People: Praise to you, Lord Jesus Christ.

복음을 듣고 “그리스도님 찬미합니다”라고 응답하는 부분입니다.

 

🛐 7. 신앙 고백 (Profession of Faith – Nicene Creed)

I believe in one God, the Father almighty, maker of heaven and earth, of all things visible and invisible.
I believe in one Lord Jesus Christ, the Only Begotten Son of God, born of the Father before all ages.
God from God, Light from Light, true God from true God, begotten, not made, consubstantial with the Father;
through him all things were made.
For us men and for our salvation, he came down from heaven,
(bow) and by the Holy Spirit was incarnate of the Virgin Mary, and became man.
For our sake he was crucified under Pontius Pilate, he suffered death and was buried, and rose again on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures.
He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father.
He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead and his kingdom will have no end.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life, who proceeds from the Father and the Son, who with the Father and the Son is adored and glorified, who has spoken through the prophets.

I confess one Baptism for the forgiveness of sins and I look forward to the resurrection of the dead

사제가 제단에서 예물을 봉헌한 후 신자들에게 함께 기도해 달라고 초대하는 부분입니다.

💬 10. 감사기도 시작 전 대화 (Preface Dialogue)

Priest: The Lord be with you.
People: And with your spirit.

✨ 11. 거룩하시도다 (Sanctus)

Holy, Holy, Holy Lord God of hosts.
Heaven and earth are full of your glory.
Hosanna in the highest.
Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord.

한국어 설명:
감사송이 끝난 후 모든 신자들이 함께 외우는 찬미의 노래입니다. 하늘의 천사들과 함께 드리는 기도입니다.

 

✝️ 12. 주님의 기도 (The Lord’s Prayer)

 

Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name; thy kingdom come,
thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us;
and lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.

(사제가 이어서) Deliver us, Lord, we pray, from every evil,
graciously grant peace in our days,
that, by the help of your mercy,

예수님의 평화를 나누는 시간입니다. 보통 악수 또는 포옹을 합니다.

한국어 설명:
“주님, 제 영 안에 주님을 모시기에 합당치 않사오나…”로 번역되는 기도입니다.
